The author acknowledges that Spine & Stature uses AI-assisted editorial technology to organize, develop, and refine author-supplied content. This technology supports the editorial process. It does not replace the author.

The author remains responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and making all final publishing decisions. Every manuscript should be carefully reviewed by the author before publication.

The author represents that they own or have permission to use all submitted materials. Authors are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to submit all content provided to the platform.

Spine & Stature does not guarantee copyright eligibility, legal compliance, marketplace approval, or publishing acceptance. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their final published work complies with applicable laws and publishing platform requirements.

Single Manuscript Project ($147): One manuscript project with 90 days of active Studio access. No fixed commercial word-count limit. Complete Front & Back Cover Creation — $57 optional add-on available. Non-refundable once manuscript development has begun.

Monthly Author Membership ($247 per month): Month-to-month membership. Create one manuscript and two Message Extenders™ for that manuscript each successful billing month. Includes 1 manuscript credit per successful monthly billing cycle, 2 Message Extender™ credits connected to that same manuscript, Complete Front & Back Cover Creation — $57 value included for that manuscript, Studio access while membership is active. Cancel anytime effective at end of current paid period. Unused Message Extender™ credits may roll forward up to three billing cycles, oldest first. Refundable within 14 days if no manuscript credit has been used. Dashboard remains accessible after Studio access ends.

Annual Author Membership ($1,497): 6 manuscript credits, 24 Message Extender™ credits, 12 months of Studio access. Complete Front & Back Cover Creation — $57 value included for each manuscript project created during term (Front, Back, Spine, Wrap). One-time annual payment, does not auto-renew unless renewal separately offered and accepted.

Message Extender™ Add-Ons: Audiobook Preparation Notes $77, Short Message eBook $77, Companion Journal $37, Study Guide $37, Workbook $37, Group Discussion Guide $37, Marketing Asset Kit $27, Speaking Kit $27. For Single Manuscript Projects, available as add-ons. Non-refundable once generation has begun.

Cover Creation: Only Complete Front & Back Cover Creation — $57 is offered. Included with Annual (6 manuscripts) and Monthly (1 manuscript + 2 Message Extenders™ per successful month) Memberships as Complete Front & Back Cover Creation for each eligible manuscript — Front cover, back cover, spine layout, final wrap-cover preparation after final page count and trim size known. For Single Manuscript Project, optional add-on: Complete Front & Back Cover Creation — $57. Non-refundable once cover concepts have been generated. No Front-only $37 or Back-only $27 offers remain.

Unused add-on entitlements remain on the customer's account and can be applied to an eligible project at any time. Completed projects and finalized files remain downloadable for 12 months after Studio access ends. Source files remain available for 90 days after.

Your uploaded materials remain your property. Spine & Stature processes your content only to provide the services you request and does not claim ownership of your work.

Your files are securely stored within your private project library and are accessible only to your account and authorized Spine & Stature team members. We do not share, sell, or distribute your content to third parties.

Spine & Stature is an AI-assisted editorial platform. We do not generate books from empty prompts. Every manuscript begins with content created by the author.

Our editorial process is designed to preserve your voice, personality, teaching style, storytelling, humor, experiences, emotion, and expertise. The goal is for readers to hear you, not artificial intelligence.

Authors should verify facts, names, dates, Scripture references, quotations, permissions, formatting, and editorial preferences before publication. The final manuscript should always reflect the author's approval.

Copyright eligibility depends upon applicable law and the author's own creative contributions. Spine & Stature does not provide legal advice. Authors should consult qualified legal resources regarding copyright and publishing matters.
